  • Eight-week Mindful Self-Compassion course

    ONLINE: Saturday mornings, 9.30am-midday. Orientation: 18 April 2026. The eight-week course then runs from 25 April to 13 June 2026.

    • The course involves a commitment to attend: an orientation on 18 April; eight 2-and-a-half-hour group sessions, 9.30am-midday, from 25 April to 13 June; and to do mindfulness home practice for 20 to 40 minutes per day in between sessions. Having checked all the dates and times, can you foresee any practical or other difficulties that you may have with doing this?*
