By signing below, you are agreeing you are a working artist, & not trying to gain access for any malicious intent. You agree you will adhere to the below rules, or your access will be revoked.

Rules:

1-Treat the Museum with respect. Do not remove anything other than the art you intend to take home with you. If you see any visible damage or problems you will contact Merritt.

2-Every single time you access the gallery, you agree to initial the Logbook in the storage area underneath, AND also post on your social medias about the exchange, using Hashtag #SPMG & #StPeteMG, also tagging @StPeteMG ----this way we grow & spread!

3-Your artworks become free for the taking upon you installing it in the gallery- you agree you will not get the artwork back, in most cases.

4-You agree not to sue Merritt. For anything. She can't pay for a laywer but also can't be sued, so whatever happens in install, she's not responsible.
