The Atlanta Greek Picnic Weekend is an annual summer celebration that offers a distinct experience tailored specifically for members of esteemed Greek letter organizations. Attracting a diverse group of highly educated participants from the Divine 9, this event sees attendees from a wide range of states across the US. From its humble origins, the Atlanta Greek Picnic Weekend has evolved into the premier gathering spot, drawing members and Chapters from all over to come together and engage in a weekend filled with unparalleled camaraderie and unity.

As we launch into the planning stages for the 21st Annual Atlanta Greek Picnic weekend, our enthusiasm is sky-high. This year's theme revolves around not just celebrating Greek unity but also building upon the solid foundation laid by past gatherings. We aim to create enduring memories and cultivate relationships that not only honor our traditions but also propel Greek life forward. Through strengthening bonds within and across organizations, we're committed to fostering a future where the Greek community is more vibrant, interconnected, and supportive than ever before

Please note: If your space is bigger than a 10x10, you will need more than 1 space for your set up. Food trucks are bigger than 10x10 spaces. Your space must containt your entire set up.  Got questions, please email vendor@Atlantagreekpicnic.com    or Text 4045309687.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:
 
1.Set-up Times:
Thursday July 24th for the Block party at Underground Atlanta. Set up starts 5pm. Breakdown starts once the event ends. We will notify you of last call. 

Saturday July 26th for the AGP Fest | Atlanta Greek Picnic at Atlantic Station. Set up starts 9am. Breakdown starts at 11.30pm. We will notify you of last call 30 minutes before we close.

 
Once set up times are missed, late vendors will not be allowed to set up. No exceptions will be made. No refunds will be issued. The streets are closed by the Atlanta police for pedestrian safety. Please plan accordingly.

 
2. Space:
Vendors must provide all materials for the booth space, extra chairs, tables and Volunteers. Please be aware of your surroundings and possessions. Food Vendor spaces are 10x 10 and general vendor spaces are 10x 10 for your booth space. If you need more space, you will need to purchase an extra space. Only set up based on your purchased space. We do not provide any labor for set up or break down. 
 
 
3. Vendor responsibilities:
Compliance with applicable state or federal laws is the responsibility of each vendor.  Vendor is liable for taxes, accidents, thefts, damages or other loss incurred. Each vendor must have a bottle of hand sanitizer at the table of the vendor booth for patrons.
 
4. Payments:
 All payments to secure a vendor spot must be paid in full. We will confirm payment and send updated notification via email. All sales are final, non-refundable and non transferrable. All payments are due July 10th, 2025.  Any payment after this date will incur a 20% late fee. If we are sold out, we will open a waiting list incase we have an opening.
 

5. Personnel:                                                                                             Vendors will be allowed a total of three (3) workers within their vendor space per each event.  Each extra worker will be an additional $50 payable in advance to secure pass or the day of the event.
 
6. Parking: Vendor will be responsible for their own parking at all events. There are paid parking lots close to every venue.

7.Unloading:
Please do NOT park or unload until our vendor coordinators call you to set up. Any unathorized vendor parking, unloading before set time will get booted or towed and forfeit their vendor space. All spots will be assigned spaces at check in. Be sure to not block the flow of traffic. Please arrive during your designated time and be patient during check in.

8. Insurance: We highly encourage every vendor to have full insurance coverage for damages and liability.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
By submitting application materials and signing this agreement, the Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AGP Group, its Board of Directors, staff, sponsors, volunteers, Morris Brown College, and The City of Atlanta from any and all losses, expenses, demands, claims, liabilities, damages, and/or legal fees arising from or related to participation in AGP Group events.

AGP Group and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss of property, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, weather-related incidents, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability for Consequential Damages:
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this Agreement, AGP Group, including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and volunteers, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data—even if AGP Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which any claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

The Vendor acknowledges and certifies that all property, equipment, and vehicles used during the event are properly insured for any and all potential losses, injuries, damages, and liabilities. The Vendor further agrees to assume full responsibility for any damage caused by the Vendor, their representatives, or their property.

INCORPORATION AND MODIFICATION
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and is fully incorporated herein. All application materials, supplementary documents, and communications submitted by the Vendor to AGP Group shall be incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

No prior verbal or written promises or representations made outside of this document are binding.

Any modification to this agreement shall only be valid if executed in a formal written addendum signed by both parties. No oral modifications or informal agreements outside the scope of this document shall be binding.

NO AGENCY, PARTNERSHIP, OR JOINT VENTURE CREATED
The Vendor is an independent contractor and, through this agreement, no agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship is created with AGP Group. The Vendor, its owners, employees, and agents shall not represent themselves as official representatives of AGP Group.

The Vendor shall not enter into any contract, agreement, or obligation that would impose liability on AGP Group in any way. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold AGP Group harmless from any liability, costs, or damages resulting from its operations, including but not limited to merchandise production, vendor services, or third-party agreements.

AGP Group does not guarantee attendance levels, vendor sales revenue, or any financial outcomes.

Be sure to save your progress and please only hit submit ONCE so you are not charged twice. Once you submit, a copy of your application and receipt will be sent to your email on file.

Please double check the spelling of all details filled above, especially your email address, before submission.

When we receive your payment (above) and completed packet , you will receive an email confirming your packet is complete and your spot has been secured.
 
Please remember we secure vendor spots based on when the completed and signed vendor application and payment is received. Packets are processed on a first come, first serve basis.
