I agree to read Animal Friends Alliance’s "The Basics of Trapping" document before attempting to trap: https://www.savinganimalstoday.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Trapping.pdfI agree to refrain from using any trapping equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.I release Helping Outside Animals from any liability for any injuries or damage that may be incurred to me, my company, or animals through the use of the trap(s), including but not limited to trapping, transporting, handling, or releasing animals present.I understand I am solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of myself, any company present, and animals near the trap. I understand that Helping Outside Animals is not responsible for providing supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the equipment.I agree that I will be the sole operator and handler of the equipment borrowed unless otherwise approved by Helping Outside Animals.I agree to provide Helping Outside Animals with a $60 refundable deposit per trap and $25 refundable deposit per carrier I borrow.I agree to return all traps and/or carriers borrowed in clean condition, removing any debris, food remnants, or waste from inside the trap before returning it. For any traps that are returned uncleaned, $10 from the deposit will be kept.Rentals are for 7 days. I agree that if the equipment isn't returned within 7 days in the same functioning condition, the full deposit will be kept. A team member may grant an extension to the 7 day rental time frame if requested.I am responsible for reaching out to Helping Outside Animals to coordinate the return of the materials borrowed or to request an extension.
