Be Loud Studios is a nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of students from pre-kindergarten to high school through radio and digital media projects. Our services are built on the belief that all students have the ability and potential to create engaging media that meaningfully reflects their stories and creativity.
This Agreement seeks to promote Be Loud’s mission and showcase students’ achievements through their collaboration and work with Partner and Partner’s students and participants. This Agreement grants Be Loud Studios the right to use Partner’s students’ work, images, and likenesses in various media formats, such as but not limited to, any and all social media platforms, Instagram, WWNO, and YouTube.
This Agreement grants Be Loud Studios the right to use, produce, and publish any student work created through Be Loud programs affiliated and in collaboration with Partner for any and all uses, including but not limited to promotional materials. Additionally, Be Loud Studios may use photographs, videos, voice recordings, and other content featuring Partner’s students and their work on Be Loud Studios’ websites and affiliated social or online media channels. While all rights and ownership to the work are retained by Be Loud Studios, Partner and Partner’s students maintain the right to use, publish, and share their own work in contexts and situations unaffiliated with Be Loud Studios.
By signing this Agreement, Partner certifies that Partner has obtained valid written consent from its students, participants, and/or their legal guardian for the use of their name, image, and likeness.
By signing this Agreement, Partner releases Be Loud Studios, its employees, and all representatives from any liabilities, known and unknown, arising from the use of any and all media content.
Participation in Be Loud Studios projects is completely voluntary; once consent to publish a student’s work is provided, it can be withdrawn with written and/or emailed notification to Be Loud Studios.
Please note, Be Loud Studios is a nonprofit organization and cannot provide monetary compensation for the use of students' work to Partner and/or Partner’s students or participants and their families.
Lastly, Be Loud Studios reserves the right to withhold, not publish, or produce any work or content created with Partner and Partner’s students.

WHEREFORE, by signing this Agreement, Be Loud Studios and Partner certify that both Parties and/or their legal representatives have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
