    The 17th Annual Neuroscience Retreat is presented by the Friedman Brain Institute and the Neuroscience Graduate Program.
  • DEADLINE to submit an abstract: Friday, March 7, 2025 at 5pm

    Abstracts on all neuroscience topics are encouraged.

  • NOTE:

    1. If you are interested in giving a talk about your work, please check the "Talk" box below.

    2. If you are selected to give a "Talk", you will not present a poster.

    3. All abstracts that are submitted for a talk will be reviewed by the organizing committee. The top abstracts will be selected to present a talk.

  • All abstracts must be limited to 300 words and should be prepared to include the following key elements:

    Title • Author/s • Background • Methods • Results • Conclusions

  • * All retreat posters that are submitted to the Digital Media Center will be printed FREE OF CHARGE if submitted before Friday, April 11, 2025.

    If submitted after April 11th, a fee of $50 will be charged for the printing of your poster.

  • The FBI rents poster boards for the poster sessions. The rental fee for each poster board is $70. Last year $1000 worth of poster boards went unused because the presenters simply did not show up. To avoid this kind of waste, we are asking each of the poster presenters to let us know before Friday, April 11th if they will present.

    If you commit to present a poster and do not show up, your lab will be charged $70.
