Photos will be scheduled throughout the day. A time-line will be provided for you once the schedule is set.

High resolution digital images will be delivered via an online gallery to the e-mail address that you provide.
Two poses will be photographed for each costume.
If you have more than one child/student, an order form will need to be filled out for each child individually.
Group photos will only be taken of competition dance groups.
For those participating in competition dances, class group photo add-on is available for $10 when an individual photo session is purchased.
Cost of first costume (with two poses) is $25.00, each additional costume is $15.00.

Refund Policy: Please note that “no-shows” are not eligible for a refund. If Wild Olive Photography is notified of cancellation by 12:00 AM March 27, 2025 (48 hours before photo day), a refund will be issued to original method of payment minus a $10 cancellation fee.
