In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate in this event, I hereby release and discharge any cause of action against the NKOA/coastal plains chapter, Piggly Wiggly and the city of Bailey NC. I further will ensure that my party will observe and obey all safe safety and traffic regulations and will maintain conduct befitting a representative of the NKOA/coastal plains chapter Piggly Wiggly and the city of Bailey. I am aware that management will do all in its power to safeguard the persons and property involved in this event and cooperate with participants to ensure successful event.
