  • Next Steps After Completing This Form:

After submitting this form, you will be redirected to a payment page for the annual vendor fee.

    • Produce Vendors: The $50 annual fee is required for all produce vendors who wish to sell on non-market days. This fee must be paid before proceeding with registration.
    • Food & Craft Vendors: The $50 annual fee is available as an up-front payment option to cover the seven market events of the season (April–October). This provides a total savings of $20 compared to paying $10 per market individually. If you choose this option, you will not need to pay for market spaces separately each month.
    • If you prefer to pay per market instead, you may exit the payment screen and proceed with monthly registration as usual.

🚨 Important: This contract does not serve as market event registration. All vendors must register monthly in the Springhill Farmers Market Verified Vendor group on Facebook to reserve a space for each market event.

    🔹 Final Steps:
✅ Scroll to the bottom of the screen, sign the signature line, and click "Submit."
✅ Do not pay the $50 fee unless you are a produce vendor or a food/craft vendor choosing the annual payment option.
✅ You will receive an automated confirmation email once your vendor agreement has been submitted.
✅ After receiving confirmation, vendors should proceed to the Springhill Farmers Market Verified Vendor group to complete monthly market space registration.

We’re excited for another great season and can’t wait to see you at the market! 🌿🎉
