IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFORMATION

A separate application is required for each participant.
A $150 deposit for each participant is required at the time of registration. This deposit is to guarantee and secure your child's spot and will be applied towards child's tuition balance. If spaces fill up, applicant will be placed on a waiting list. The deposit will be refunded if spaces do not open up by the start of the program.
Camp deposits and tuition are refundable if registration cancellation is requested in writing as follows:
- Full refund: at least one month before camp starts,
- Partial refund: less than a month before camp starts, the cost of materials and processing fees for the first week will be deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded,
- No refund: If cancellation is requested a week or less before camp starts, the full amount is automatically forfeited. Special case considerations will be made in cases of unforseen illness or emergencies with proper documentation.
The amount of scholarship approved and tution balance due will be communicated via email soon after admission decisions are made, based on availability of funds.
Balance payment is due by May 1st in order to keep the spot.
