    This form is an application to be considered for admission into one of Kalimah's 2025 summer programs. This year, we are making some changes to our programs in order to continue to provide top quality programs. We will admit a limited number of participants for each week of programs, but we are offering the programs for a longer period and possibly in different locations in order to reach more families. Submitting this form and deposit/tuition payment are not guarantees of acceptance into the program or scholarships. 

    We got initial approval for tuition scholarships provided by Qatar Foundation International (QFI). We will update this form and other sources of information as soon as funds are available.

  • Camp Locations and Dates

    We are still working on space rental agreements. Due to demand from families in Virginia and DC, we are trying to offer some weeks of the program in Virginia in a location accessible to most--close to the Tyson's mall. Final locations and addresses will be shared with registered participants as soon as rental agreements are in place.

    We’re also working on securing transportation for kids from Montgomery county to Virginia and back and the other way for other locations.






  • Scholarship Application

    Please upload requested documents or email them with the applicant's name in the Subject line to info@kalimahprograms.org as soon as possible in order to properly assess each application and determine the amount of scholarship based on applicant's suppporting materials and available funds at the time of application.

    Preference will be given to applicants who are able to commit to 3 consecutive weeks of camp.

  • IMPORTANT FINANCIAL INFORMATION

    (Please read through before submitting the application)

    A separate application is required for each participant. 

    A $150 deposit for each participant is required at the time of registration. This deposit is to guarantee and secure your child's spot and will be applied towards child's tuition balance. If spaces fill up, applicant will be placed on a waiting list. The deposit will be refunded if spaces do not open up by the start of the program. 

    Camp deposits and tuition are refundable if registration cancellation is requested in writing as follows:

    • Full refund: at least one month before camp starts,
    • Partial refund: less than a month before camp starts, the cost of materials and processing fees for the first week will be deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded,
    • No refund: If cancellation is requested a week or less before camp starts, the full amount is automatically forfeited. Special case considerations will be made in cases of unforseen illness or emergencies with proper documentation. 

    The amount of scholarship approved and tution balance due will be communicated via email soon after admission decisions are made, based on availability of funds.

    Balance payment is due by May 1st in order to keep the spot.
