I hereby declare, agree and/or confirm that:

a) This application form constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Club and me.

b) All information furnished by me herein is true and correct. If any information I have provided is false or inaccurate, and if accepted as a member, the Club is entitled to expel me as a member.

c) In consideration of the Club agreeing to process this application for membership, I acknowledge and agree that this application for membership shall constitute an irrevocable offer to the Club for a period of 3 months from the date of submission.

d) The Club may, in its absolute discretion and without providing any reasons, accept or reject my application

e) If accepted as a member, I will abide and be bound by the Club's Rules and Bye-laws.

f) The membership is non-transferable within the first 10 years and will remain valid until 31 December 2040

g) I understand that, after 10 years as a Millennium Term Member, I will have the option to convert my Millennium Term Membership to a Local Ordinary Membership, subject to payment of a Conversion Fee based on the prevailing market rate and subject to approval by the Club's General Committee at its absolute discretion.

h) The membership does not include voting privileges.

i) I understand that, any Member with medically certified prolonged illness may apply to the General Committee to be placed on the Absent Members’ list. Upon approval by the General Committee, such Member shall pay such subscription for the period of his absence. I shall not be eligible for Absent membership if I am not residing in Singapore.

j) I shall not be eligible to re-apply as a candidate for membership if I withdraw within the 10-year period unless I make full restitution of the amount owed to the Club.
