Liability Waiver and Terms & Conditions for E.G. Makeup LLC

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Makeup Class at E.G. Makeup ("Event") involves inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to, accidental bodily injury, allergic reactions to products, or other adverse effects.

2. Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I hereby release and discharge E.G. Makeup, its owners, employees, affiliates, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to my participation in the Event, including, but not limited to, any claim for personal injury or property damage.

3. Health and Safety
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any allergies or health concerns I may have prior to participating in the Event. I assume full responsibility for my health and safety during the Event.

4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless E.G. Makeup, its owners, employees, affiliates, and volunteers from any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of my actions during the Event.

5. Photography and Video Release
I grant E.G. Makeup the right to use my likeness, voice, or image in any photographs or video taken during the Event for any promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and advertisements, without compensation or further approval.

6. Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan.

7. Agreement to Terms
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this Liability Waiver and Terms & Conditions in its entirety, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or I have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian if I am a minor.
