- Encourage and highlight support services that may be available.
How we will use your story
- We may or may not tell your full story or share every detail you provided us.
- Following discussion with yourself, additional context around your story may be added to enhance our audiences’ understanding.
- We may share your story, your image, or parts of your story in multiple formats, including our website, newsletter and social media.
- We strive to represent your story and likeness authentically.
Your Rights
- You have the right to review your story should our editing team make any changes.
- You have the right to change your mind at any time and revoke your consent. If you inform us, we will not use your story in future communications and will remove it from our website and social media pages.

- We respect your privacy, and that of the people mentioned in your story. All stories will be published under a pseudonym and names of people mentioned within your story changed.
- If you wish to have your story published under your first name, please advise and we will discuss this with you further.
- Whilst we do collect personal data when you submit your story, these will not be made public, or shared with any third party.

- You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- If you are submitting a photo with your story, you may be required to obtain a consent to use image from for any other person appearing within the photo
