Guidelines
Registration fee $75.00 per team (limited to 15 teams)
Deadline: May 2, 2025
Teams will be expected to cook 20 lbs of wings in the time specified, prepare a turn in tray for judging then serve remaining wings to armband holders. Wings are provided by the event sponsor. Teams must cook the wings provided by the event sponsor.
7:30 am Wings are distributed to teams
8:00 AM cooks meeting
11 to 11:15 AM turn in window
11:30 am to 1:00 pm wings are served to the public for People's Choice award
1:30pm winners are announced at the stage
blind judging will be utilized
turn in boxes will be furnished by event sponsor shall contain no garnish and must include one drumette and one flat for each of the judges. T
Teams will be responsible for serving wings for the public tasting so make sure you have a team member to distribute wings to armband holders
Entries deemed inappropriate for public consumption by the judges (significantly undercooked) will not be scored
Teams are responsible for their own cooking equipment, tents, ingredients, tables etc
No water provided other than hand washing stations
No power is provided
