    All individual sponsors will be invited to participate in the parade prior to the formal start of the program starting at 11AM. All are requested to wear Filipiniana dress for the ladies and Barong Tagalog for the gentlemen. The Hermano(a) Mayor will walk in the front of the parade and will be invited to be among the judges of the parade participant contest. The hermanos/hermanas will walk with the Piyesta Pinoy planning committee behind the Piyesta Pinoy banner while the Ninongs and Ninangs will join the PAHS officers behind the FAHSC banner

  • 2025 Piyesta Pinoy - Not For Profit

    Programs at Piyesta Pinoy sa Bolingbrook provide a special forum for artists and performers to share their work and talent and promote the Filipino American arts and cultural heritage.  PACF is dedicated to fostering unity, growth and continued awareness of our rich cultural heritage.  Programming is developed in partnership with the Consulate General of the Philippines, community organizations, performing art groups, artists and individual volunteers.We would like to invite you to be a partner and show your support for the upcoming Piyesta Pinoy to be held on June 14, 2025  Not-for-profit partners are not allowed to sell any food, tickets, services or merchandise on site nor share their table/tent with any individual/business/organization doing marketing or selling for-profit.  Please read all sections carefully and fill out completely.

  • All tables/booths should be set-up between 9am-10:00am. The planned activities in the cultural tent will end around 6 pm but you are free to stay longer as long as your things are taken down no later than 7pm on Saturday, June 8th. You are responsible for bringing your own displays and staffing your table. Display of banners will be limited within your booth/table space.

  • INDEMNIFICATION: The Artist/ Coordinator/ Group/ Partner/ Organization agree(s) to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Piyesta Pinoy Committee and the Philippine American Cultural Foundation and the Village of Bolingbrook, its affiliates, officers, and directors, employees and agents from and against any liability or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) in connection with any claims by a third party arising directly or indirectly from the event.

  • Food Vendor Application

    Please read all sections carefully and fill out completely up to solid blue line. Submit this form by email and proof of insurance to: PiyestaPinoy@gmail.com. Deadline for early submission with 20% deposit of your vendor category – Monday, May 1, 2025. Full payment in advance will be given priority to select the location of their booth within the vendor area due May 30, 2025. Proof of insurance coverage is required upon submission of your application.
  • We are excited for you to join us for Piyesta Pinoy 2025 on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. at Bolingbrook High School in Bolingbrook, IL.

    We will have two mandatory zoom meetings:
    - Monday, May 12, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. CST
    - Monday, June 2, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. CST

    Please read all sections carefully and fill out completely to reserve your spot. Submit this form online with the required documentation. Deadline for early submission with 20% deposit of your vendor category – May 1, 2025. Full payment in advance will be required by May 30, 2025. The Will County form, license, and proof of insurance coverage are required upon submission of your application.

    MANDATORY: Will County Food Inspection is Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. ONLY. Inspector will not issue permits after 10:00 a.m.

You will not be allowed to open if you miss the food inspection from 9am-10am. Specialty Foods (Low-Risk- Pre-packaged food, baked goods snacks): All vendors are required to be ready for the health department foodinspection at 9am sharp.   • Insurance and Health Department Inspection: The Food vendor agree(s) to provide the required food vendor insurance and pass the Health department food inspection by 9am on June 14, 2025. Please refer to the Health Inspection Booklet. Items often cited by the inspector are: Thermometer, PH Test Strips, Buckets with spigot for running water, two additional buckets for rinsing and sanitizing. You do not have to have your food at the time of the inspection. The inspector will take the temperature of your heating pan and cold items, if applicable.

    Indemnification: The Food vendor agree(s) to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Piyesta Pinoy Committee or the Filipino American Historical Society of Chicago, Piyesta Pinoy, and Bolingbrook High School, its affiliates, officers and directors, employees and agents from any and against any liability or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) in connection with any claims by a third party arising directly or indirectly
    from the event. There will be no refunds issued for vendors due the weather, late arrival for inspection, failed inspection, or any unforeseen circumstances. The event will take place rain or shine. Vendors also agree to the 9am-10am only health department food inspection. Once the health inspector leaves the premises, you will not be allowed to sell their food at the event, thus forfeiting their non-refundable fees.
