2025 Membership Scholarship Application

AFP Greater Louisville awards membership scholarships in several categories. Complete this form to apply for one of these scholarships.

Membership Scholarship sponsored by AFP Global
DEADLINE: June 30, 2025

GUIDELINES: All professionals in the non-profit community may apply, but recipient must a new AFP member. AFP Membership scholarship is good for one year of Global and local Chapter membership. The scholarship recipient is responsible for any additional fees for AFP webinars or educational trainings they would like to attend. Scholarships are nontransferable. If approved, a full application form will need to be submitted to AFP Global for processing.

Membership Scholarship IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access)
DEADLINE: October 1, 2025

GUIDELINES: This scholarship is good for one full AFP annual membership OR one partial AFP annual membership. The scholarship will be awarded to a fundraising professional who self-identifies as coming from a diverse background OR a fundraising professional who works for a nonprofit serving a diverse community. Membership will be transferred to another individual if the original member leaves the organization. The scholarship winner will get one ticket to National Philanthropy Day and will be recognized at the event.

Membership Scholarship - Young Professional (2 available)
DEADLINE: We accept applications throughout the year, as needed and as funds allow. Please apply as early as possible and allow at least 60 days to process your application.

GUIDELINES: All young professionals (age 30 & under) in the non-profit community may apply. The scholarship recipient is responsible for any additional fees for AFP webinars or educational trainings they would like to attend. Scholarships are nontransferable. Scholarship recipient agrees that if they cancel their AFP membership for which they’ve received a scholarship, scholarship recipient will reimburse AFP Greater Louisville for the remaining balance for the scholarship (amount will be based on the number of months remaining for the scholarship.)
