Nordhavn Adopt-A-Class Application
Thank you for applying for Adopt-a-Class funding for Ocean Institute's Nordhavn program. Your application will be valid for your class, and any funding awarded will only apply to your application and booking. Participation Requirements: This program is designed for 9th-12th grade students. To be considered for an award, schools must be Title-1 and teachers must complete this application and administer a pre-"in-class"-program survey to their students before gaining access to the online resources (provided to prepare students for their field studies field trip). A post-program survey must be completed by the teacher and students, as well as thank you notes to the donor.
By completing this application, you are not guaranteed to receive funding as a school's qualifying criteria may change. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to proceed with booking your program(s).
