The 2025 Claremont Food Truck Festival will occur outside at the Visitor Center in the large paved parking lot on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. With a rain date scheduled of Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Attendees will pay a small fee to attend the event and purchase items directly from Food Trucks/Vendors.
All food vendors MUST register with the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce by June 18, 2025. We reserve the right to select food vendors based on the balance and needs of the festival. Space is limited. Food Trucks and Food Vendors registration fee is $75. Invoices will be sent once an application is approved and can be paid online with a credit card, a check mailed to the Chamber office, or cash/check in person at the Chamber office.
All Food Trucks & Food Vendors are asked to limit their menu offerings to their top three (3) prepared food items in sample-size portions. Additional non-alcoholic beverages and pre-packaged food items may also be sold in addition to the three (3) menu items. We suggest menu items be priced at $10 or less per item.
Electricity and water are NOT available on-site; each vendor must supply their own. We will provide port-a-potties, handwashing stations, and trash receptacles.
Specific set-up instructions will be emailed to all vendors the week before the event.
