To apply for the scholarship, we invite you to write a 500-word essay that addresses the following: In what ways have you made a positive impact in your community?
In your essay, please share specific examples of your volunteer experiences and the difference they’ve made. Highlight any challenges you faced, lessons learned, and how these experiences have shaped your personal and professional growth. Additionally, explain how your education will enable you to continue serving your community and further contribute to making a positive difference.
We are looking for essays that demonstrate not only the tangible outcomes of your volunteer work but also your passion for giving back, your leadership skills, and your dedication to creating lasting change. Whether you’ve volunteered with local organizations, mentored others, or initiated your own community-driven projects, we want to hear how your efforts have impacted those around you.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Team members of Hudec Dental
- Immediate family of team members
- Patients of Hudec Dental
- College-bound students
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- 500-word essay
Award Amounts:
A total of $20,000 in scholarship funds will be awarded. Specific amounts will vary depending on the number and quality of submissions.
