1、注册费用不可退还。
2、如果因故需要退出夏令营,请在开营2周以前提出书面或邮件申请,则可以得到全额退款。例如,Session 1在6月9日开营,若5月26日之后再提出退费,则只会部分返还。
3、学生因故不能来上课,学费将不退还,除非因学校安排等原因无法提供课程。
4、在规定时间的5分钟后来接孩子,收取$1/分钟的迟接费。
1. The registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Withdraw requests must be submitted via a physical letter or an email two weeks prior to the starting date to receive a full refund. For example, Session 1 starts on June 9, and any refund requests made after May 26 will only be partially refunded.
3. If a student is unable to attend class, the tuition will not be refunded unless the class cannot be provided due to school arrangements or other related reasons.
4、Late pick fee is $1/mintue after the 5 minutes grace period.

- Make the check payable to All Stars Mandarin Center
- Mail it to 1979 28th Ave, San Francisco CA 94116.
2. Zelle 银行转账(Preferred 推荐):
- Please add a recipient by email address NOT a mobile number.

3. Venmo 网上付款(Preferred 推荐):
- Please connect a debit card/checking account (free) or credit card (3% charge) to Venmo (https://venmo.com)
- Scan the QR Code below. Or search Venmo user @ AllStars-MandarinCenter.
- Last four digits of All Stars's phone: 8258
- Write down the student's full name on the Venmo transaction memo.
- DO NOT turn on【purchase protection】, otherwise, Venmo will charge a transaction fee (1.9% +$0.1).
Once we receive both your Registration Form and payment, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt.
