付款及退款政策 Payment & Refund Policy
1、注册费用不可退还。

2、如果因故需要退出夏令营，请在开营2周以前提出书面或邮件申请，则可以得到全额退款。例如，Session 1在6月9日开营，若5月26日之后再提出退费，则只会部分返还。

3、学生因故不能来上课，学费将不退还，除非因学校安排等原因无法提供课程。

4、在规定时间的5分钟后来接孩子，收取$1/分钟的迟接费。

1. The registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Withdraw requests must be submitted via a physical letter or an email two weeks prior to the starting date to receive a full refund. For example, Session 1 starts on June 9, and any refund requests made after May 26 will only be partially refunded.

3. If a student is unable to attend class, the tuition will not be refunded unless the class cannot be provided due to school arrangements or other related reasons.

4、Late pick fee is $1/mintue after the 5 minutes grace period.

Once we receive both your Registration Form and payment, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt.
家长或监护人同意书 Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by 辰星中文 All Stars Mandarin Center during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by All Stars Mandarin Center, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless 辰星中文 All Stars Mandarin Center and all its respective staff and personnel from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against 辰星中文 All Stars Mandarin Center including all teachers, affiliates and all participants, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all lessons and includes all sports activities.

I hereby grant the permission to ASMC 辰星中文, to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of my child for use in news releases and/or educational materials as follows:

Printed publications or materials, electronic publications, or Web sites. I agree that my child’s name and identity: may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s). I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, digital reproductions and shall be the property of ASMC 辰星中文.
