Daily review of iTapMenu for new dealer menus built and products sold
Daily email or text message for positive reinforcement (first week)
In-store visit one week post-install to review any questions or concerns
Weekly email or text message for positive reinforcement (4 weeks)
Schedule Desk Manager Training (as needed)
Schedule Finance Manager Training (as needed)
Schedule Salesperson Training (as needed)
“Burn the Ships” date with owner
First calendar week of next month review remits with office personnel
In-store visit 4-6 weeks after first post-install visit
Review performance with managers after first full month
Complete Post-Install Follow-Up Form
Recap to owner/managers any areas of concern and review the training schedule
