This is the place to reserve your Maui photo session or wedding date. We collect a $100 retainer to reserve your date - this will be deducted from your total balance. Once your booking form is received, you'll get a confirmation from our office within 24 hours (48 hours if submitted on a weekend)

WEATHER POLICY: In the event of rain on the day of your scheduled session, we will make every reasonable effort to relocate to an alternate location. If relocation is not feasible and rescheduling is not possible, your retainer will be refunded in full.Maui experiences consistent tradewinds averaging between 5–20 mph. Clients are advised to plan their hair and wardrobe accordingly, as we do not offer rescheduling due to wind or overcast conditions.All sessions take place outdoors, and natural elements are inherent to the experience. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that outdoor conditions differ from a controlled studio environment.*

MODEL RELEASE: You grant Mariah Milan LLC, dba Meet Me at the Beach, permission to use images from your session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to web, print, and social media.You affirm that you have the legal authority to consent for all individuals photographed, including minors. No compensation is provided for the use of these images, and this release is irrevocable.*

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Mariah Milan LLC, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Mariah Milan, LLC, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with package selected high resolution digital files suitable for printing for personal use. I understand the limited print release does not allow commercial selling, screenshots or altering images in any manner. I am responsible for archiving high resolution images once downloaded*

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the $100 retainer is paid. My final payment is due 7 days prior to my photo session. Should illness or injury prevent photo session from ocurring, your retainer will be transferrable to a new date within one calendar year of schedule session date.*

COOPERATION/HOUSE RULES: The parties agree to positive cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. MARIAH MILAN, LLC is not responsible for key individuals’ failure to be present or to cooperate during sessions. MARIAH MILAN, LLC is limited by the guidelines of The Department of Land and Natural Resources, The State of Hawaii, Maui County, or property management. Necessary rules must be followed for any location chosen. We are a LEAVE NO TRACE company.*

SHOOTING TIME: The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the client in a manner enjoyed by all parties involved. The client/s and MARIAH MILAN, LLC agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential. Should Client no-show, ALL monies paid will be forfeited. Client agrees to let photographer know if they're running late. We can accommodate up to 10 minutes of tardiness.*

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Your online gallery will be delivered within 5 weeks of your session. Images are provided using the best available technology at the time of delivery.*

ADDITIONAL FEES: I understand that a $20 Hawaii mandated DLNR Beach permit will be added to my session fee on all sessions. Should I request a session in West Maui, an additional fee of $150 will be added to my session.*
