  • We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the 2025 Star Chamber of Commerce Easter Eggstravaganza! This exciting community event is a wonderful opportunity for families to come together to celebrate spring and create lasting memories. It is one of Star’s most popular events, attracting over 3,000 attendees and featuring more than 24,000 filled Easter eggs.

    Donate - Sponsor - Game Booth

    This event is free to the public and will feature an egg hunt for children ages 0-12, game booths, bounce houses, food trucks, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and much more! Join us for this fantastic community event! We offer various levels of sponsorship for you to choose from. By sponsoring, you will not only enhance this year's event but also gain a great opportunity to promote your business!

    To reserve your sponsorship and/or a game booth, click the tabs below and enter your information. When finished, click continue on the payment and submission tab.  Your information will not be submitted until you click the continue button. You will receive an email with your invoice. 

    • Sponsor 
    • Presenting Sponsor- $750.00 (Limited to 4 Chamber Members)

      1. Presenting Sponsor designation.
      2. First right of refusal for the presenting sponsorship for the 2025 Easter Eggstravaganza.
      3. Inclusion as Presenting Sponsor on all marketing materials including but not limited to: print advertising, e-mail advertising, social media advertising and event signage.
      4. Large full color logo in prominent location on sponsor banner located at event.
      5. Presenting Sponsor recognition sign located at your game booth (if participating).
      6. Presenting Sponsor recognition announcements by event coordinator during event.

      Kids Area Sponsor - $400.00 (Limited to 6 Chamber Members)   

      1. Inclusion as Kids Area Sponsor on all marketing materials.
      2. Logo or name on signature sign located near kids area.
      3. Full color logo on sponsor banner located at event.
      4. Kids Area Sponsor recognition sign located at your game booth (if participating).

      Supporting Sponsor - $250.00 (Limited to 20 Chamber Members)

      1. Inclusion as Supporting Sponsor on all marketing materials.
      2. Inclusion as Supporting Sponsor on advertising banner located at event.
      3. Supporting Sponsor recognition sign located at your booth (if participating).
      4. Supporting Sponsor recognition announcements during event.

    • Event Location:  Hunter's Creek Park (1500 N Star Road)

      The event is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

      Plan on having your booth set up by 11:30 AM

    • Donations are needed for prizes and pre-filled Easter eggs to make this event a success.

      Prize Egg Donations:  Prizes for children aged 0-12. Suggested items include gift cards or certificates, unisex gift baskets, toys, crafts, and stuffed animals.

      Any donation, large or small, would be greatly appreciated. Purchases made through this Amazon link will be shipped directly to the Star Chamber of Commerce (Terra Estrada). You can also drop off pre-filled eggs or prizes at the Star Sewer & Water District, located at 10831 W. State Street, Star, ID 83669, during business hours (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).

      If you would like to fill your own Easter eggs, please follow these guidelines:

      - Candy must be individually wrapped.

      - Eggs can be filled with non-candy items (e.g., small toys, stickers, etc.).

      - Eggs must be plastic.

    • I hereby know as a PARTICIPANT agree to participate in the Easter Eggstravaganza activities sponsored by the Star Chamber of Commerce. In agreement to participate in activities, PARTICIPANT authorizes the Star Chamber of Commerce and City of Star to use all materials including but not limited to, photo, video, recorded voice, donated items, and any form of promotional advertising for reproduction in any type of advertising or promotional material including but not limited to paper, flier, circular, newspaper, television reporting or commercial, web site, direct mail, or similar activity associated with the Eggstravaganza, Star Chamber of Commerce, or City of Star activities current or future. In addition, PARTICIPANT agrees to hold harmless the Star Chamber of Commerce, the City of Star, any officers or board members, elected officials, volunteers, employees, and agents associated with the activities present or future and release the Star Chamber of Commerce, and City of Star from any and all liability claims, cost, expenses, injuries and/or loss that PARTICIPANT may sustain as result of participation. The PARTICIPANT further agrees to all terms and conditions of activity participation including but not limited to entry fees (as associated with prize money or on a non-refundable basis) as vendor or active participant with no expectation of favoritism or partiality with regards to judging by either independent persons or persons associated with this activity. I the PARTICIPANT have carefully read this document, understand its contents, and am fully informed about this event and circumstances and am satisfied that participation is voluntary with no guarantee stated or implied of financial gain or reward or promotion of notoriety and that this document is a contract with Star Chamber of Commerce, the City of Star, and its assigns and representatives. The PARTICIPANT certifies by the signature below that the PARTICIPANT has the legal authority (by parent or guardian signature where needed) to participate.
