Anyone presenting symptoms is asked to not attend the seminar for training, observation or the Saturday night dinner. All participants/observers are welcome to wear a mask at their discretion. An announcement will be made as soon as possible if conditions change.
Refund Policy

A refund will be provided under the following circumstances
1. Chicago Aikikai cancels seminar (Full refund)
2. Registrant cancels 1 week prior on May 31 or earlier (Full refund)
3. Registrant cancels after May 31 (Partial refund - $50 cancellation fee)
