As a proud supporter of our community, we happily donate raffle items and beverages to various 501(c)(3) organizations and community events as part of our commitment to giving back.

Now that you've reviewed our donation policy on our website, you're ready to submit your requeset! Fill out this form completely to be considered.

A couple of quick notes:
- You must be 21+ to submit a request;
- If approved, anyone picking up and enjoying the donation must also be 21+;
- We will include a copy of our company logo with your donation request confirmation e-mail; and
- Most importantly, please enjoy responsibly!
