Vendors and sponsors may arrive for set-up one hour prior to the start at the event at 9:00AM. If you need to cancel for any reason, please give at least 24 hour advance notice. This is a covered pavilion rain-or-shine outdoor event. In case of severe weather, cancellation will be communicated via email and on PARA social media.
