• Graduate Women Wellington Charitable Trust Final Practicum Scholarship application form

  • The Graduate Women Wellington Charitable Trust-Scholarships are designed to provide financial assistance to tauira who are facing challenges in covering costs related to their final practicum in their programme of study.  

    The Graduate Women Wellington Charitable Trust have donated three $1,000 scholarships as a contribution towards costs for tauira undertaking their final practicum in their programme of study.

    The scholarships apply to the following programmes:

    • Bachelor of Teaching (ECE)

    • Bachelor of Teaching (Primary)

    • Graduate Diploma of Teaching (ECE)

    • Graduate Diploma of Teaching (primary)

    Applications close on:

    • 22 January 2027 for programmes beginning in Semester One 2027 (all ECE and primary teaching programmes).
    • TBC for programmes beginning in Semester Two 2027 (both the Bachelor of Teaching ECE and Graduate Diploma of Teaching - both ECE and Primary).

    To be considered for this scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Are you enrolled in the final practicum course in one of the bellow programmes?*
    • Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) – PRAC3
    • Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) – PPPR3
    • Graduate Diploma of Teaching (ECE) – GTP2
    • Graduate Diploma of Teaching (primary) – GPPR2

  • Please provide a written statement outlining how this scholarship will contribute to your success in the final practicum of your programme.

    The information you provide will be reviewed only by the committee and is used solely for the purpose of assessing your application.
