PETAL INFLUENCER & CREATOR AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between Petal Beauty (“Petal,” “we,” “us”) and the creator accepting this Agreement (“Creator,” “you”).

This Agreement governs Creator’s participation in the Petal Influencer Program and the product-for-content collaboration between Petal and Creator.

1. Initial Collaboration
Petal will provide Creator with a complimentary Petal product in exchange for the content and deliverables outlined below.

2. Content & Posting Requirements
Creator agrees to create genuine, original content featuring the Petal product and post it within ten (10) days of receiving it:

One (1) Instagram Reel and/or TikTok video;
One (1) product photo; and
Two (2) before-and-after photos.
Creator must tag @PetalToday and use Invite Collaborator where available, with #PetalMicroneedling and #PetalEyePatches (if applicable).

Creator must also provide one (1) raw, unedited vertical video with at least 5 minutes of recorded content and the two (2) original before-and-after photos. Raw files must be free of filters, text, music, and watermarks and submitted via Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar platform.

3. Affiliate Commission
Creator will earn a 10% commission on qualifying organic sales generated through Creator’s unique affiliate link or promotional code.

Commission is calculated on net sales after discounts, refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, and shipping.

Sales generated through advertising paid for by Petal are not commissionable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Paid Creator Program
The initial collaboration is a performance test.

Based on factors such as organic views, engagement, shares, saves, content quality, and affiliate sales, Petal may invite successful Creators to join the Paid Creator Program.

If selected, Creator will:

Enter an initial three (3) month term;
Create at least one approved post per month;
Receive $300 per approved post; and
Continue earning the 10% organic commission.

The paid program applies only after Creator has been selected by Petal based on demonstrated performance.

If Creator continues to perform well, the paid term may renew for additional three-month terms unless either party elects not to continue.

5. Advertising & Content Rights
If selected for the Paid Creator Program, Creator agrees to allow Petal to promote approved content through Creator’s social media identity using tools such as Meta Partnership Ads and TikTok Spark Ads.

Creator will provide the required platform advertising permissions but will not be required to provide account passwords.

Petal may use, edit, publish, and advertise content created under this Agreement across its websites, social media, paid advertising, email, SMS, ecommerce pages, and other marketing channels.

Creator grants Petal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content.

No additional usage or whitelisting fee is owed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Reviews, Disclosures & Conduct
Petal may invite Creator to leave an honest Trustpilot review. Any review must reflect Creator’s genuine experience and comply with Trustpilot’s rules. The review is voluntary and is not tied to compensation.

Creator must comply with applicable advertising and platform disclosure requirements, including #ad, #sponsored, or paid-partnership tools where required.

Creator may not make false or unsupported claims about Petal or its products or artificially generate views, followers, engagement, clicks, reviews, or sales.

Petal may remove Creator from the program for failure to deliver agreed content, fraudulent engagement, misleading claims, or material breach of this Agreement.

7. Program Participation
Petal reserves the right to update program requirements, discontinue the program, remove Creators, deactivate affiliate links or codes, or end Creator’s participation at any time.

Continued participation is subject to compliance with this Agreement and the applicable program requirements.

8. General Terms
Creator is an independent contractor and is responsible for Creator’s own taxes and expenses.

Electronic signatures and electronic acceptance are valid.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Petal Beauty’s jurisdiction.

By accepting this Agreement, Creator confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
