USPTO Filing Fees - Passthrough
Unfortunately, there is no possible way to provide a direct link to the USPTO for you to pay your USPTO Filing Fees. Instead, I charge you for the USPTO Filing Fees, and then I pay the USPTO with my account. I add a 2.9% surcharge to offset most, but not all of, the processing fees that I pay the processors to handle things this way. This eliminates the need to collect your card information manually... which is the incredibly time-consuming way that we previously handled these filing fees. To be 100% transparent, I am not making ANY profit from doing things this way... it is just a passthrough from you to the USPTO.
