6 Week Dog Daycare & Training Daycare Program

Welcome to our Daycare Program. This program runs once a week for a total of 6 weeks. Drop off is between 7:30-9:30am and you can pickup anytime before 5:30pm. You get to enjoy your day worry free, knowing and trusting your puppy is in good hands. To register for this program, please complete this form. You will be required to pay via credit card to submit your registration. Once the form is completed and payment is entered your pup's spot will be secured. You will receive a confirmation email detailing how to prepare, what to bring, location and access links to your Bonus weekly Q&A zoom call. I agree to release No Dog Left Behind Training and Behaviour Consulting LTD or any of our staff or affiliates to be free of any and all liability in regards to my dog's physical and mental health while in their care. Whether due to their conduct or any other dog daycare attendees actions. I understand that there are inherent risks involved with my dog participating in a daycare environment with other dogs and that sometimes accidents happen such as strains, lesions etc and or altercations between dogs. I agree to not hold NDLB responsible on the off chance that a situation mentioned above arises. To my knowledge I verify my dog is not aggressive and has never injured another dog to a point of the other dog requiring veterinary care. NDLB assures that my dog's mental and physical health is of the utmost importance to them and they will absolutely do everything in their capacity to ensure a fun, safe and enjoyable environment for my dog. NDLB agrees to do this by having a dog trainer on staff during daycare hours, ensuring play doesn't exceed overly high levels while providing cool downs to preserve health and wellness. NDLB will also create a multiple play groups when needed to ensure positive interactions and enjoyment for all. I agree that my pet is in optimal health each time I drop them off at daycare and that if my dog is feeling unwell with symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, wheezing etc, that I will not bring them to daycare that day. If my dog is exhibiting any of these symptoms among others that indicate the dog is unwell NDLB reserves the right to contact me to arrange pickup of my dog early if NDLB feels it is a health risk to the other dogs. Daycare days missed due to scheduling conflicts or unforeseen circumstances cannot be redeemed at a later date or accumulated unless NDLB agrees to accommodate these make ups. *Please note a maximum of 1 make up day will be allowed per session.*

All classes run for about one hour, meeting once per week at the same time for 6 weeks.
