By registering for the Hike100 Challenge, I agree to the following conditions:
1. Membership Requirement: I understand that participation is only open to current members of Tom Social.
2. Personal Responsibility: I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and fitness to participate in the hiking challenge.
3. Risk Acknowledgement: I understand this is a voluntary, self-paced activity that involves physical exertion, unpredictable weather, and natural terrain risks. I must assess my own personal safety and not participate in hikes which may be beyond my ability.
4. Insurance & Liability: I acknowledge that Tom Social does not provide insurance or accept liability for injuries, losses, or incidents—including during carpooling, additional excursions or travel.
5. Supplies & Transport: I am responsible for my own gear, food, water, transport, and accommodation.
6. Behaviour & Conduct: I will respect all participants, follow trail rules, and uphold the Tom Social Code of Conduct.
7. Media Consent: I give permission for any photos or videos taken during the challenge to be used by Tom Social for promotional purposes.
8. Waiver of Claims: I release Tom Social from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from my participation in the Hike100 Challenge.
