What will this project change?*
Describe how this project will improve your productivity (output per unit of input) and help your business grow? Provide specific, measurable criteria (eg: units per hour, time to build, quality measures, efficiency, etc).
What will be the expected impact of this project on your business?*
Note this is a different question to the one above. Describe how this project will impact your business. For example, increased sales, introduction of new product lines, entry into new markets, freeing up time to work on the business rather than in it, etc.
Can you deliver the project?*
Describe the timeframes for implementation and tell us how you will deliver the project. What experience and capacity do you have to implement/deliver this project. The extent of your answer will depend on the level of complexity of your project.
Why does this project need funds?*
This Fund is intended to enable projects that really need support – please outline the avenues for funding you have already considered and why you need this grant.
What strategies does the project align with?*
List relevant strategies (eg; your council economic development strategy or your industry strategic plan) and tell us how your project supports those strategies. You can also describe how your project will grow the region's economy.
