    Deposits + Cancellation Policy

    WildMoon Artistry is committed to the highest quality of care for each and everyone! I Heather Stark, Owner of WildMoon Aristry strive to go above and beyond to meet expectations and try to build a personable connection with everyone I meet. 

    I value our relationship and want to be fair. However, if you are unable to keep an appointment the following will apply:

    I require a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Preferably to TEXT 330.844.4815 in the event I am unable to answer a phone call, check and email or social media message.
    You will forfeit your deposit and will need to communicate when you can reschedule with a new deposit 
    If you reschedule the second rescheduled appointment you will again lose your deposit and I will not be booking with you again. My time is valuable.
    NO SHOW -In the event there is no contact given and you no show the appointment you will again lose your deposit and will be charged a 75% fee and will no longer be able to book any future appointments.
    If your card has insufficient funds to process a cancellation fee you will not be able to book again with me.
     Deposits 

    Upon scheduling each Tattoo will be a $50 dollar NON-Refundable deposit. This will go towards your completed service. This is not transferable unless discussed. 

     

     Refund Policy

    Strictly informed, there are no refunds on any services/transactions provided. This includes Gift Cards, retail, deposits, service or processing fees. No EXCEPTIONS.

      

     Late Policy 

    Wildmoon is extremely understanding of running late. However after 15 minutes or zero contact given WildMoon will reserve the right to cancel and you will forfeit your deposit. A new Deposit will need to be given to book again. If it has been 15 minutes and no communication has been given this will follow NO show policy.

     

    Minor Policy 

    WildMoon at this time does not tattoo Minors. I will require a Valid ID for each service.

    -In the event you are unable to provide a valid ID , you may be asked to reschedule your appointment resulting in a forfeited deposit and 50% booked service fee.

     

    Accepted Forms of Payment

    At this time WildMoon No longer accepts Credit Cards. For your convenience I will take Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay (if you are an established Nail client) or Venmo. In that order of preference. Tips are also greatly appreciated!

     
    Kiddies

    Although WildMoon loves kiddos and has 4 of her own they are a huge distraction to needles in the skin. At this time WildMoon currently cannot accept kids at appointments.

     


    Tattoo Placements

    WildMoon currently does not tattoo hands, feet, genitals (ew), or face. Certain areas and placements of tattoos do not possess the same lifespan as other areas or heal the same with finer needles.

     


    Sick or  Illness (VERY IMPORTANT READ)

     I will not tolerate inconsiderate lack of common decency with sickness. If you have or have been in contact with someone who has been vomitting in the past 24-72 hours DO NOT COME IN. You will need to contact Wildmoon immediately to reschedule your appointment. I do not take sickness lightly. My income is based solely on my performances. I will discuss what to do next situation based.

     

    Gift Cards

    WildMoon does offer Physical and Online gift Cards.

    *Wildmoon will not accept GiftCard Balances on promotional or discounted services.

     

    Pregnancy

    WildMoon's clientele is 99% female. While pregnancy is a beautiful moment and I'm happy for you please understand we will have to cancel and not be able to reschedule for at least 9 months so the deposit will be forfeited. WildMoon welcomes you to reschedule after birth!


    **If you are breastfeeding you may schedule as long as you are comfortable and a doctor is comfortable. Wildmoon reserves the right to not be held liable for your decision to schedule while breastfeeding.

     

    Custom designs 

    Wildmoon loves to create and will be happy to get to your tattoo on a timely manner. Please understand this is still my second business and I have 4 kids and multiple demands with no business partners or employees of any kind to take the load off. 

    WildMoon will get your Custom designs sketches done within 1 week (sometimes sooner depending current schedule) AFTER DEPOSIT IS PAID. My time is a little longer than some other tattoo artists due to running a whole other full time business. 

     Upon scheduling Please fill out the form for Customized Tattoo. Please be VERY specific with the location, the size, the density of the lines, inspo pictures, fonts, and what you like and don't like.  I will do my best to get back to you within 1 week! I am happy to send a design Proof in ample time to make small changes however I will require additional charges to what I see fit for new or more detailed designs. Sizing or added details are subject to price change. 

    WildMoon Charges a $100 non refundable deposit for Custom designs. This will cover my Time and drawings and 1 small change to originally discussed design. 

     

     Event and Party Policies

     


    Venues, Boutiques, locations MUST be clean and sanitary to local Health department guidelines for a safe tattoo experience. I will need to feel comfortable in my environment to provide the best quality of tattoos.

     
    *Event Pricing includes: All supplies needed, Travel Fees, Design time, ect. **Additional fees may be applied if something unplanned should happen.

     
    Wildmoon reserves the right to cancel event should there be an emergency or too many people back out of event. Minimum of 6-8 people required for travel.

     
    PERMITS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE HOST OF THE PARTY EVENT. I WILL NOT BE IN CONTACT OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • I hereby release Wildmoon Artistry from all manor of liabilities, claims, actions and demands, in law or in equity, which my heirs or I have or might have now or hereafter by reason of complying with my request to be tattoo. I agree not to sue or take any form of legal action whatsoever against Wildmoon Artistry in connection with any and all damages based upon injuries or property damage to, or death of myself or any other persons arising from decision to have tattoo related work done, whether or not caused by any negligence of Wildmoon Artistry. I fully understand that Wildmoon Artistry, when performing tattooing does not act in the capacity of a medical professional. The suggestions made by Wildmoon Artistry are just suggestions and are not to be construed as or substituted for advice from a medical professional. Being of sound mind and body, I do hereby release any and all persons representing Wildmoon Artistry all responsibility, holding Wildmoon Artistry harmless from all damages, actions, cause of action, claim judgments, cost of litigation, attorney fees, and all other cost and expenses which might arise from my decision to have tattoo related work done. I agree to pay for any and all damages and injuries to any and all persons and property belonging to Wildmoon Artistry or any other persons who may become liable contractually or by operations of lay, caused by, or resulting from my decision to have tattoo related work done by Wildmoon Artisty. I accept any and all responsibility for myself for any consequences that might stem from my decision to have tattoo related work done by Wildmoon Artistry at this time. I agree that Wildmoon Artistry does not have a way of identifying if I am allergic to the elements or ingredients that will be used for my tattoo. I understand that I will be tattooed using the appropriate instruments, equipment, and techniques. To insure proper healing of my new tattoo I agree to follow the aftercare instructions until the healing process is complete. I understand that if my skin pigment is dark, the colors will not appear as bright as they do on light skin. I agree that any touch up work needed, as a result of my own negligence will be done at my own expense. I agree to allow Wildmoon Artistry to photograph this tattoo for any and all uses such as publication, advertisement, and all other personal uses. I have read and understand that there are no refunds on tattooing. I understand that Ohio sales tax will be collected in addition to all services. I understand that my identity will remain confidential. I agree to leave the premises properly upon request, for any reason whatsoever. I agree to these waivers also to pertain to and are designed to protect any and all establishments where Wildmoon Artistry conducts business. By my signature below, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age. I willingly submit to their procedures with a full understanding of possible complications such as infection, allergic reaction, or fading. I have read and fully understand the above paragraphs. I represent and warrant Wildmoon Artistry that all the following information is true and correct. I hereby assume full responsibility for the aftercare and cleanliness. I further understand that if I give false information or produce false documents stating my name and age to be other than correct, that I am liable for prosecution.
