  • Background information

    The Downtown Albany BID is organizing an open house event to be held on Thursday, May 8 to showcase available living spaces in Downtown. If you own or manage a property with residential vacancies located in the Downtown Albany BID, we invite you to fill out this form by March 18 to participate in the self-guided tour. Follow this link to view a map of our service area.  

    Please note: In order to participate, building managers must be able to assign at least one staff member to greet guests as they arrive, and show the available spaces between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and again from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of the open house. The BID will provide signage, a central check-in location for guests, and a tour pamphlet, but we are not equipped with enough staff to give tours for each participating location.

  • Property manager contact information

    In the section below, please list the contact information for the person you would like us to coordinate your listing information and event logistics with. This person will also receive a confirmation email when we receive your submission.

  • Building address

    Please enter the address of your property below. All properties on the self-guided tour must have at least one available residential unit, and someone from your team on-site to meet with guests when they arrive.

    Multiple buildings: If you would like to submit multiple buildings at different addresses, please re-submit this form for each property you would like to include in the Downtown Living Open House.

  • Types of available space

    In the section below, please list each type of space available in your building. For each different type of space you have available, please add a new row.

    Example entry:

  • Amenities

    In the section below, please list all amenities available to tenants in your building, and include details. (example: Stainless steel appliances, high speed wifi included, 24-hour fitness center, washer and dryer, gaming room, other shared spaces, etc.) 

  • Rental inquiries contact

  • Upload your photos

    Using the upload tool below, please upload 3-10 hi-quality photos of your property and available units. Please include external photos of your building, photos of available units, shared spaces, and any other photos you wish to include. These may be used in your listing on the open house brochure. If you do not have photos of your property, please contact jdollard@downtownalbany.org and we may be able to arrange for a member of our team to take photos for you.
