In order to obtain direct, unfiltered feedback from our “front lines” we need a way that is open, honest, easy and safe. Maybe you just received their new releases and they think they are great, you can supply us with that direct feedback. Perhaps you have a suggestion for improvement, or a comment that you heard from your account, some information you learned about one of our competitors. RUFF opens the door of communication directly from the you on the front-lines to the President.
RUFF is an on-line, anonymous, feedback form. Once the form is completed and you submit it, it will go directly to Masato and the Senior Management.
As stated, this feedback will be sent completely anonymously. There is no way we will know who completed the form. You can, however, enter your name IF YOU WISH but there is no obligation to do so. As the information will be shared anonymously, we can’t respond directly to any specific person.
