Fill out the form carefully for registration. Your DOB must be no later than November 09, 2010 to enroll in this course. This class begins immediately after school until 6pm each day in the media center. Once you submit this form YOU ARE ENROLLED AUTOMATICALLY, PLEASE WRITE THESE DATES DOWN AND SHOW UP FOR THE CLASS!
