Magik Theatre Leaders In Training (LIT) Application

UPDATED DEADLINE: Applications for the Leaders In Training (LIT) must be submitted by 11:59pm on Sunday, May 11, 2025.

In order to submit your LIT application, you must already have obtained letters of recommendation and be ready to upload them.
Letters of recommendation should be written by a trusted adult who is not a family member. This could be a teacher, a counselor, a coach, a supervisor, a mentor, a boss, a volunteer coordinator, etc. Letters should be no longer than a page.

Select LIT applicants will be invited to participate in an interview with Education Leadership. The LIT program is limited to 8 participants in total, and requires 2 weeks of participation. Weeks do not need to be consecutive.

The program fee is $250/week ($500 total), due only after selection for the program.  Participants will a special LIT t-shirt and a certificate of completion.
Limited scholarships are available. Those interested should fill out the scholarship interest section at the end of the form.

Magik Theatre documents all of the productions and programs provided by the Education Department. These services include photographs, videos and/or audio recordings that will be used for archival and promotional purposes.

YES - Magik Theatre HAS MY PERMISSION to use the photographs, videos and/or audio recordings taken of my child while participating in programs at Magik Theatre.

NO -  Magik Theatre DOES NOT have my permission to use the photographs, videos and/or audio recordings taken of my child while participating in programs at Magik Theatre.
