Weldor's Continuity Assessment Agreement
Welding Certification Center is happy to provide a free Continuity Assessment Reminder Service, delivered via text message, to students who have passed at least one Welding Performance Examination, at Welding Certification Center, and who agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The reminder service, will be sent via text message, approx. 30 days prior to the date of expiration.
2. Thereafter, reminders will be sent 30 days prior to the expiration of continuity every 6 months for Structural Steel and every year for Sheet Metal.
3. Despite this service it is still YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to keep track of your own continuity expiration.
4. We WILL NOT guarantee the accuracy or deliverability of text messages or other services.
5. YOU must also track your 6 month or 1 year continuity expiration to ensure that you do not fail to complete a Continuity Assessment prior to the expiration of your continuity period.
6. Failure to show Continuity could result in your NO LONGER BEING CERTIFIED, and would require you to RETEST.
By signing below, you attest that you have read and understood this entire agreement, and that despite being signed up for the reminder service, that it is still YOUR responsibility to track your own continuity expiration dates, and schedule a continuity assessment either with our school or via another suitable source, prior to expiration.
You agree that no refunds will be issued for continuities you schedule that may be beyond your expiration date.
You agree to hold Welding Certification Center harmless of any liability for your not having had a continuity assessment performed within the allotted time period as a result of you not receiving a text message, reminder, telephone call, or other notification(s) prior to the expiration of your welding certification(s).
Finally, you understand that if you allow your continuity term to expire, your certification will no longer be in compliance, according to the AWS and LADBS, and that you will have to re-test in order to get it back into compliance.
