We are hiring an experienced Skid Steer Operator in Brockton, MA. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience operating skid steers and handling snow plowing operations.

Pay Rate: $28 - $40 per hour, depending on experience

Skid Steer Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a skid steer for snow removal and other site maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safe and efficient equipment operation in various weather conditions.
- Follow designated routes and procedures for snow plowing.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment before and after shifts.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during winter storms.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years operating skid steers and snow plowing.
- Strong attention to safety and ability to operate heavy machinery effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, during snowstorms.
- Reliable transportation to job sites required.
