PPK ADVANCED ENROLLMENT TUITION 2026-2027 School Year
  • We welcome you to Primrose School of Dunwoody. Please take time to review this information. Should you have any questions regarding this information, please see a management team member prior to signing this document. You have chosen to participate in the Private Pre-Kindergarten program. The tuition for this program is currently $430.00 per week / $1,861.90 per month. (Additional service charges apply if electing to pay monthly tuition via credit card. Please see the Tuition Payment Agreement form for details.

    To secure your child’s space in our program, you will be required to pay a $275.00 Registration & Equipment Fee, and a security deposit equal to one month’s tuition. All of these fees are non-refundable. Three weeks of your security deposit will be applied to your child’s first three weeks of school once enrolled. The remainder of the security deposit will be applied to your last week’s tuition provided your child remains enrolled for 12 continuous months and you meet the withdrawal policy requirements of a one-month written notice. Verbal notice will not be considered withdrawal notification. Tuition is due and payable during the notice period.

    Tuition Payments: The Primrose School of Dunwoody is a year-round school. Continuous weekly or monthly tuition is required to guarantee your child’s space in our program. In order to ensure quality programming and high quality staffing, your tuition is due even when your child is absent. Tuition is paid weekly or monthly. Weekly tuition is due Friday of the preceding week. If you choose to pay monthly, tuition is due on the 25th of the current month for the upcoming month’s services. We accept tuition payments via ACH or credit card. Please see the Tuition Payment Agreement form for details.

    Annual Registration: Annually we require pre-registration to confirm your commitment for the following school year. At this time, the non-refundable Registration & Equipment fee must be paid to reserve your child’s space in our program. In addition, our Private Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs require a non-refundable, prepaid tuition which is applied to your child’s first two weeks of school.

    Late Fees: If your weekly tuition is not paid in full by close of business on Monday, a late fee of $50.00 will be added. If monthly tuition payments are not received by the 26th day of the month a late fee will be charged.

    Return Check Fees: A returned check charge will be required for any returned check. This fee is $25.00. This will be due in addition to any late charges prior to the beginning of the next week’s classes. Returned checks must be covered by ACH, credit card, cashier’s check or money order.

    Late Pick-up Fees: Parents who pick up their children after our regular closing time are charged a late fee of $5.00 for each five-minute interval or any part thereof. This fee is applied to your account and will be due on the next billing cycle.

    Withdrawal Policy: No portion of your weekly paid or outstanding tuition will be refunded or canceled in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from the school. Should it become necessary to withdraw your child for any reason, a one-month written notice must be given to the school office. This enables the office to notify parents on our waiting list that may be interested in filling your child’s reserved classroom space. Prepaid tuition is non-refundable. We reserve the right to dismiss any student, should it be deemed necessary, at the sole discretion of the owner.
