Outdoor Ride- Step 1: Registration

WELCA Registration: How it works!

This is a 3 step process, so that you can reserve your spots quickly.

1. Register up to 6 riders on the "Step 1: Registration Form" - this form is designed to be quick! It allows you to choose to reserve your spot and pay.

2. Complete "Step 2: Participant Information" this form is as streamlined as our insurance will allow. It needs to be completed for every rider attending the Theme Ride. Fill out this form as soon as possible after completing Step 1. You will be send this link along with your registration confirmation.

3. Step 3 is our waivers! Every rider will need a completed waiver ahead of time. The link to the waivers will be sent to you at the end of Step 2. You can also find the link on our website under our FAQ tab. Waivers must be completed one week before the Theme Ride. We recognize these waivers can take a bit of time and require a bit of information.
Event Information:

Title: October Outdoor Ride 2025

Description: Fun for the whole family! We are excited to lead you around the grounds and showcase the beauty of the river valley on horse back. Please note that no experience is required as this event is on-lead.

Dates: Sunday, October 12th from 10am- 1pm (final ride time 1:10pm). Ride is approx. 30 minutes long

Location: WELCA - information on where to meet will be emailed the week of the event

Attire: Come dressed for the outdoors, the ride will be outside if possible so we encourage a jacket, and whatever else you would need to be prepared for all weather. Please wear boots with a small heel (rubber or cowboy boots are great!). We will provide riding helmets.

Cost: $45 per participant

Requirements: Participants will be asked to mount and dismount a horse from a mounting block and will need to have two way communication with the instructor. The outdoor ride will be on lead and this ride is open to ages 4 and up.

Cancellation Policy: WELCA will not be offering a refund on cancellations or no-shows for this event. In the event of inclement weather an indoor ride will offered in place of the outdoor ride.

Program Requirements
Participants must be able to have two-way communication with the staff and be physically able to mount their horse from a mounting block, with possible assistance from staff.
