Welcome to designing your new tattoo! Thank you so much for hiring me! I'm Rach and this is your tattoo evaluation form that I need you to fill out! I connect deeply with other people through art and use it to provide incredibly special pieces that my clients get to carry around for the rest of their lives. My custom tattoo designs typically range from $150-$400/design depending on the amount of time it takes to complete the commissioned piece. Below are some important questions I need answered in order to provide you with the most accurate and aligned work possible.
