    • 1. If due to unexpected circumstances and we are unable to hold the event on the date, you can either:
      a. Get a full refund
      b. Keep the money until further notice

      2. If you feel unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms on the day/week leading up to Rekoleksi, please contact Shilla or Katarina through the number below.

      Refund Policy
      1. Full refunds will be provided if requested before 12th April 2025.
      2. 50% of the price paid will be refunded for cancelling between 12th April 2025 - 21st April 2025.
      3. No refunds will be processed after 21st April 2025.

      We want the best for you and R23, so should you have any emergencies that will lead to you not being able to attend R23, please consult with us and we will try our best to find a solution.
