ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVES
Communication
PVMA will send ALL conference communications (schedule, exhibitor details, Whova access, etc...) to the PRIMARY CONTACT listed on the application. All of the conference information will be available on PVMA’s website and it is the primary contact’s responsibility to communicate the details with onsite staff.
PVMA is not responsible
for communicating the conference details to each booth staff member. Questions about the conference details should be directed to events@pavma.org.
Name Badges for On-Site Staff
An email will be sent to the PRIMARY CONTACT in July requesting the name and email of the staff that will be attending your booth on-site. Each booth is allocated 2 compllimentary name badges. If additional badges are necessary, you can make the request in July and each name badge is $150. An invoice will be sent for all additional name badges.
