Official Contest Terms and Conditions
Sponsor & Purpose
This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Body Wise Institute, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (“Sponsor”). Proceeds from Contest entry fees will support our Relief Housing project. Participants may also choose to make a direct donation to Body Wise Institute instead of entering.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals who are legally eligible to participate. Employees of Body Wise Institute, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Contest Period
The Contest begins on the official launch date and will close at 11:59 PM on March 20th. Only entries received during this period will be eligible.
How to Enter
Entry Fee: Each entry costs $10.
Bundle Options: You may purchase 5 entries for $45 or 10 entries for $90.
Multiple Entries: There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may submit.
To enter, follow the instructions provided on the Contest entry page and complete the payment process. All entries must be submitted during the Contest Period. All fees are non-refundable.
Prize
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a full song production experience, which includes four hours of: studio time, creative coaching, recording, mixing and additional mastering, and launch support (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative is available, and Body Wise Institute reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an equivalent value alternative if necessary.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen by a random drawing from all Contest entries immediately following the Contest Period. The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided within a specified number of days following the drawing. If the winner does not respond within the designated time frame, Body Wise Institute reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Donation Option
Participants who prefer not to enter the Contest may opt to make a direct donation to Body Wise Institute. Donations are separate from Contest entries and will not be eligible for the Prize drawing.
Use of Likeness & Submission Rights
By entering the Contest, you grant Body Wise Institute the right to use your name, likeness, and any materials submitted in connection with the Contest for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions & Release
Body Wise Institute reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or any factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Contest.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Body Wise Institute, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest or the Prize.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with Body Wise Institute’s privacy policy.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. All decisions by Body Wise Institute regarding the Contest are final.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Official Contest Terms and Conditions.
