Morgan's Message Tournament Signups

When:
Saturday, May 17th 8am - 5pm (prospective timeline)

Where:
7232 Courtland Farm Rd. Hanover, VA 23069

Price: ***Price is due day of tournament***
$175 per team of 10 players - Coach must be provided.
     *Coach is responsible for payment of team day of tournament.*

$55 per individual registration - Players will be put on "House Team" consisting of 10 players with additional House Teams created as needed. 
     *Payment of each registered player (3 max) will be due day of tournament.*

 ***100% of the profits go towards supporting Morgan's Message***

Submission of Registration

By submitting this registration, I confirm that I am either the parent/legal guardian of the participant(s) listed or an authorized coach/team representative registering on their behalf. I agree to ensure all required payments are made and that all necessary waivers required by Ravens Lacrosse Club Inc are signed by tournament date. I understand that failure to complete these requirements may result in forfeiture of participation.
