Welcome to the Mufid Seminary Foundations Program application! This program is designed for students who are eager to develop a strong foundation in Islamic studies, engage with sacred knowledge, and grow in their commitment to serving the Muslim community.
This application will allow us to learn more about you—your background, aspirations, and dedication to Islamic learning. Before you begin, please make sure you have the following materials ready:
- Unofficial transcripts from all colleges or universities attended.
- A Resume outlining your academic background, work experience, and relevant community involvement.
- A Statement of Purpose sharing your journey in seeking Islamic knowledge and your hopes for the program.
- Two Letters of Recommendation from individuals who can speak to your character and commitment to learning.
- A Character Reference Letter from a religious scholar or mentor who has guided you in your studies.

Please note that a nonrefundable application fee of $50 is required at the end of the application. Be sure to complete all sections carefully, as incomplete applications cannot be processed.
