Easter Egg Hunt Registration Form

Thank you for registering your keiki for the event!

Please note that you may register a maximum of three children per form. If you need to register additional children, kindly submit a separate registration form. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep accurate records and determine how many eggs to prepare for each age division.

Registration is strictly for egg count purposes. Children will be eligible to win prizes by receiving a numbered ticket upon arrival at the park.

Please arrive early, as the first hunt begins promptly at 3:00 PM.

Don’t forget to bring water, sunscreen, and baskets for collecting eggs.

This free community event is presented by Abundant Life Ministries.

Children who are not registered may still participate in the egg hunt within their age division.

**RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION FORM**

**I. RELEASE OF LIABILITY**

In consideration of my participation in WAIKOLOA'S BIGGEST EGGHUNT on Saturday, April 04, 2026, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following:

1. **Release of Liability:** I hereby release, waive, and discharge the COUNTY OF HAWAII PARKS & RECREATION DIVISION and ABUNDANT LIFE MINISTRIES, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Releases") from any and all liability for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that I may have for any injury, damage, or loss arising out of or in connection with my participation in the above-mentioned activity.

2. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in this activity.

3. **Understanding of Risks:** I acknowledge that I have read this Release of Liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware of the risks and hazards associated with the activity.

**III. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION**

I grant ABUNDANT LIFE MINISTRIES permission to photograph me during the activity and to use my likeness in future publications, promotions, or material without further notification or compensation to me. This includes, but is not limited to, printed materials, online publications, social media, and other marketing platforms.

I understand that there is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
