Waikoloa's Biggest Egg Hunt

Thank you for registering your keiki for the event! Please note that you can register a maximum of three children at once; additional registrations require a new form. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us manage records.

Children must be registered to enter prize drawings at the end of the hunt and winners must be present to claim their prizes.

Arrive early; the first hunt starts at 9:00 AM. Overflow parking is available at Waikoloa School and Waikoloa Community Church.

Don't forget to bring water, sunscreen, and baskets.

This free event is presented by Abundant Life Ministries. Registration closes on Friday, April 18th at 4:00 PM.

**Children who are not registered can still participate in hunt within their age division; however, their names will not be included in the drawings and they will not be eligible to win the grand prizes.**

 **RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION FORM**

**I. RELEASE OF LIABILITY**

In consideration of my participation in WAIKOLOA'S BIGGEST EGGHUNT on Saturday, April 19, 2025, I, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following:

1. **Release of Liability:** I hereby release, waive, and discharge the COUNTY OF HAWAII PARKS & RECREATION DIVISION and ABUNDANT LIFE MINISTRIES, its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Releases") from any and all liability for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that I may have for any injury, damage, or loss arising out of or in connection with my participation in the above-mentioned activity.

2. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in this activity.

3. **Understanding of Risks:** I acknowledge that I have read this Release of Liability and fully understand its contents. I am aware of the risks and hazards associated with the activity.

**III. PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION**

I grant ABUNDANT LIFE MINISTRIES permission to photograph me during the activity and to use my likeness in future publications, promotions, or material without further notification or compensation to me. This includes, but is not limited to, printed materials, online publications, social media, and other marketing platforms.

I understand that there is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
