Eligibility to Contract and Third-Party Compliance
I confirm that I am legally eligible to enter into this agreement and that doing so will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
Code of Conduct and Behaviour Standards
I agree to follow any guidelines, codes of conduct or instructions provided by STRYDE regarding behaviour, safety, and event photography, as well as the event Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights and Attribution
Attending the event does not grant me any rights or licenses to STRYDE's Intellectual Property. I agree that any images, reproductions, or representations of this Intellectual Property will appropriately credit STRYDE by mentioning the name “STRYDE” and directing others to their social media channels or website.
I grant permission to the Provider and their staff to photograph or record videos of me during the Fitness Activity and to use these materials for promotional purposes, including on social media or other websites. If I do not consent to the use of my photos or videos for promotional purposes, I will notify the Provider in writing.
Ticket Refund and Cancellation Policy
I understand that I am not entitled to a refund for my ticket to the event unless the event is cancelled by STRYDE or unless stipulated in the event terms and conditions as determined by STRYDE. In case of cancellation, STRYDE will make every effort to reschedule the event, and no refund will be given for my ticket. If rescheduling is not possible, I will receive a refund for my ticket, minus any booking or related fees.
Acknowledgment of Risk and Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that I understand the nature of STRYDE and the associated risks.
I am aware that my participation in STRYDE is voluntary, and I can choose to stop participating at any time. I choose to participate in any activity or event at my own risk.
Participating in STRYDE involves potential risks, including but not limited to personal injury and property damage. These risks may include, but are not limited to: head injuries, spinal damage, bone fractures, sprains, strains, muscle tears, ligament damage, bruises, abrasions, open wounds, dislocations, dehydration, heat stress, heart attack, stroke, cardiovascular complications, infection, disease, or other injuries or illnesses related to overuse, exertion, or exposure.
Property Damage: Except as required by Australian Consumer Laws, STRYDE, its officers, employees, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for any property damage resulting from my actions or the actions of other participants, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I am advised to maintain suitable insurance coverage for my personal property.
I agree that if, at any time, I feel the event conditions are unsafe for me (considering my health and physical condition), I will immediately cease participation and seek urgent medical assessment if deemed necessary by me.
I acknowledge that if I have any concerns about my health or my ability to participate safely in the event, I should seek advice from a medical professional before taking part.
I confirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in any activities organised by STRYDE. If I require medical attention during the event, I acknowledge that relevant information from my booking registration may be shared with emergency responders or paramedics. I am solely responsible for any costs related to such medical treatment. It is recommended that I maintain appropriate insurance coverage for my participation in any event.
I confirm that all the information provided in this form is accurate and truthful.
