2025 Glenn Summer Camp Registration
Summer Camp at Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church is a 9 AM - 1 PM program.

Each class is staffed with two experienced teachers. Weekly themes are offered for 3-year-olds through rising 5th graders. Toddler camp is available for current Glenn students in the Lambs or Bunnies class.

Children may experience hands-on science, drama, clay-working, cooking, nature explorations, and music. An art teacher will offer additional fun experiences!

Each class offers indoor free play, outdoor fun, water table play, reading and writing time, and safe socializing throughout the day.

Glenn Church Camp Authorizations and Releases
MEDICAL TREATMENT AUTHORIZATION: I grant permission to the Glenn Church Camp authorities, teachers and staff present during any emergency or accident involving my child to obtain the services of a physician and/or to transport my child to a hospital. I also hereby grant permission to the physician to treat my child even though I am not present. It is understood that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me/us prior to obtaining such care, but I/we authorize such care which I/we are contacted or not, and I/we agree to be financially responsible for such care.*

PICKUP/DROP OFF POLICY AGREEMENT: I understand that camp carpool runs during the following times: Morning Drop Off: 8:50 am – 9:10 am; Afternoon Pickup: 12:50 pm – 1:10 pm*
NUT FREE POLICY AGREEMENT: I understand that Glenn School is a nut-free facility no food products containing nuts will be allowed in the school for snack or Lunch Bunch.*
PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE: I/we give permission for our child to participate in the activities of Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church, both on church premises and elsewhere.*
RELEASE/WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY: In consideration of the opportunity of my/our child/youth to participate in the activities of Glenn Memorial UMC, I/we release Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church, its officers, agents, employees, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability of any kind whatsoever for any loss or injury to my/our child/youth arising from my/our child/youth's participation in the activities of Glenn Memorial UMC; and I/we agree to indemnify and hold forever harmless the Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church its officers, agents, employees, staff, and volunteers from any and all liability of any kind whatsoever for loss or injury to my/our child/youth arising from activities on or off the premises of Glenn Memorial UMC or resulting from negligence or gross negligence.*
LICENSE/LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that Glenn Memorial Summer Camp is exempt and not required to be licensed by Bright from the Start, the State's licensing agency. COVID LIABILITY WAIVER: I acknowledge and fully assume the risk of sending my child to Glenn Summer Camp. I understand the circumstances regarding Covid-19 are ever-changing. I acknowledge that there is risk that my child may be exposed to Covid-19, regardless of the camp's best efforts to minimize that risk.*
PERMISSION TO TRAVEL IN VEHICLE WITH ONE ADULT PRESENT: I/we give permission for my/our child/youth to travel in a vehicle operated and occupied by only one adult.*
PHOTO PERMISSION: I/we understand that my child may be photographed while participating in the activities of Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church. I/we give permission for a recognizable image of my child to be posted on the Glenn Memorial UMC website or bulletin boards. I understand that a non-recognizable image, such as a group picture may be posted.*
I/we understand and agree that this permission and agreement shall remain in effect until revoked in writing by me/us and I/we understand and agree that it is my/our responsibility to update our child/youth's medical and insurance information as changes occur.
